Hosta Pauls Glory is a large deciduous perennial forming substantial mounds about 50 to 65 cm high and 100 to 140 cm wide, with flower scapes approaching 100 cm. Broad heart-shaped leaves have corrugated surfaces and wavy edges. Their centres emerge chartreuse, mature to bright golden yellow, and fade toward creamy white, while broad irregular margins remain blue-green to deep green. Pale-lavender bell-shaped flowers appear in early and midsummer.
Grow this hardy outdoor cultivar in partial shade in fertile humus-rich chalk, clay, loam, or sandy soil that remains evenly moist while draining freely.
