Pink flower buds become pure white with carmine accents when matures. Raspberry squirrel on the interior, similar to Festiva Maxima. Fragrant flowers.

*Farmer Meredith's 2 Cents: Early season whites are hard to come by. I would love to plant next to Festiva Maxima and pick apart their differences. This peony would be a great investment for its early bloom time and qualities. Nice tall stems and worth a harder look. We have yet to trial this variety for zone 5B.

Bloom Time: Early Season
Once planted, bare root peonies will take 2-3 years to create a large display of flowers. Each bare root tuber will include 3-5 eyes, which is where the plant will force flowering stems through the ground for the following year.
