THE GREEN MARK? Updated January 21st, 2025
*Currently there is a green stripe and green Eco-Choice branding at the bottom of the vases. We are unfortunately at the mercy of Eco-Choice when it comes to their design. Since it's a Beta testing phase, removing this green mark is not financially feasible in order to sell the product at cost. For Prototype 2.0, the green printing will not be there per my design specifications. We suggest using the green mark to your advantage. This is a great opportunity to relay to your customers what the green line is about, your plans for sustainability and also what makes this your choice in vases great for the environment. There are other florists and flower farmer brands doing the same thing with lots of success and with increased customer demand! Thank you for your understanding! Xo, Farmer Meredith
*SHIPPING & HANDLING UPDATE AS OF JANUARY 21st 2024!
Shipping & Handling prices cover UPS shipment rates, handling, packing materials and transport on Barnswallow's part. Shopify has not resolved item product specific box size pricing, which also plays into the overall price. Due to this, we have to estimate general box size on all orders for the time being. Shipping awkward, large boxes at various weights is obviously a challenge. Our advice is to order a larger volume up front, which will make the shipments more economical. Unfortunately, we have to use UPS since it's the closest facility being 5 minutes from the farm. We thank you for your understanding and hope things will improve over time. We will continue to update and check with Shopify in the event product specific box size pricing changes.
