Large scented flowers make Lilium Hachi a strong midsummer feature for sunny or lightly shaded borders. Each greenish-white flower carries bold purplish-red flares and a few darker spots, while upright stems rise above narrow green leaves.
Plant it in fertile, moist but well-drained soil, or use it in a large outdoor container. Keep the root zone evenly moist without waterlogging. The flowers are suitable for cutting, and the plant is toxic to cats. Keep cats away from it.
