Hemerocallis Joan Senior is a semi-evergreen clump-forming perennial with arching blade-like leaves and smooth flowering scapes. Large near-white, gently ruffled flowers open in succession, each revealing a soft lime-green throat.
Grow it in full sun or partial shade in fertile, moist but well-drained soil. The cultivar tolerates summer heat and humidity, but deep watering during dry spells keeps the foliage attractive and supports its long May-to-July display.
