Heliopsis 'Orange Marble' is a clump-forming perennial grown for both its flowers and its striking leaves. The foliage is green with creamy white marbling, which gives the plant interest even before the buds open. From summer into fall, it carries warm yellow to orange daisy-like flowers above the leaves. Its neat size makes it easy to place in mixed borders, pollinator plantings, and cutting beds. It brings bright color and is not difficult to grow.

This plant grows best in a sunny, open spot with well-drained soil. Removing spent flowers often can help extend the blooming season and keep the plant looking tidy. Older stems can be cut back near the base after flowering finishes or at the start of spring growth. Established clumps can be divided to make new plants, and basal cuttings are also a reliable way to increase stock. These simple care steps make it a practical choice for home gardens.

Like many daisy-like perennials, it can attract aphids and sometimes leaf miners on young growth. Powdery mildew may also appear if plants are overcrowded or stressed, so spacing and air flow matter. Even with these common issues, it is usually a dependable garden plant with a long display season. The variegated leaves add color through much of the growing season, while the flowers draw bees and butterflies. It is a good choice for gardeners who want bright color, cut flowers, and leaf interest in one plant.
