Dark burgundy foliage backs the brilliant red flowers of Canna Red Futurity from early summer into early fall. Compact clumps reach about 3 to 3.5 feet tall and fit sunny borders, patio containers, and mass plantings.
Full sun, rich soil, and consistent moisture support the strongest growth and flowering. The red blooms attract hummingbirds, butterflies, and other pollinators. Remove spent flowers to encourage continued bloom, and lift and store the rhizomes where winter cold threatens them.
