This is Barnswallow's favorite creamy white peony for fresh-cut flower production. Sturdy stems showcase large white buds awaiting a showy performance once open. Perfect for bridal work and an excellent border peony variety due to their enormous size. APS golden medal winner in 1981. Dark green foliage. We haven't been able to source this peony in a while, so we are happy to welcome it back!

*Farmer Meredith's 2 Cents: This peony is a fighter and survivor. What's strikes me yearly is this lovely, rounded-bowl, shape of petals that creates this happy memory of cold cereal in the morning before school on a hot day. It's why I love this variety.

Bloom Time: Mid Season

Once planted, bare root peonies will take 2-3 years to create a large display of flowers. Each bare root tuber will include 3-5 eyes, which is where the plant will force flowering stems through the ground for the following year. Tubers must be planted and watered in well before the first hard freeze to get established. A detailed planted guide will be provided by Barnswallow Flowers.
