Red daisy-like flowers with yellow bases cover the compact clumps of Helenium autumnale Salsa from summer into early fall, with older blooms taking on orange and yellow tones. Strong stems keep the display above green foliage, while bees and butterflies visit the flowers. At about 20 inches tall and 20 to 30 inches wide, it fits the front or middle of a sunny border, a patio container, or a cutting garden.
