
All natural, small-batch relish with chemical free peppers grown at Barnswallow in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Local, rural collaboration between growers at Barnswallow and Jason Lahr of Savaj Garden. All peppers were germinated and planted on the farm, harvested by hand and processed in Mahaska County.
This green relish is great on a morning poached egg or used in Mexican dishes. This clean label product utilized our best cayenne peppers from the garden, combined with minimal, simple ingredients. It's a perfect substitute with a little bite of freshness from the farm.
