Broad flat slightly wavy petals are Purple or Red with distinct White tips. Mixed buds, half-open heads, peak flowers and aging blooms provide a long varied display.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGrow in full sun in fertile humus-rich Clay, Loam, or Sand that remains evenly moist but drains well. Choose a sheltered position, provide good airflow, and support tall stems discreetly where wind or heavy rain could damage the large heads.
